How long does a styling appointment take?

Do I need to wash my hair before my appointment?

No — every styling service at BiLLi begins with a professional wash and conditioning treatment suited to your hair type. We include a relaxing scalp massage so you can fully unwind and enjoy the experience from start to finish.

Do I need a consultation before booking a new colour service?

Yes — all new colour clients are required to attend a 15-minute in-person consultation before booking their appointment. This allows us to properly assess your current hair condition, colour history, and overall goals to ensure we can confidently achieve your desired result.

During your consultation, we’ll discuss tone, maintenance, timing, and pricing so you feel fully informed and comfortable before committing to your service. Our priority is delivering beautiful, healthy results — and that starts with the right plan.
